The Most Anticipated Games in 2023Gaming enthusiasts, assemble! With 2022 coming to a close, the majority of us probably tuned into the Game Awards to see Elden Ring win Game of the Year. Alternatively, you and your friends could have a full discussion on what game changed your life this year. For us, personally, our game of the year is the 2019 indie game Disco Elysium. For its stellar narrative and complex and well-written characters, the detective/mystery game opened our eyes to how games can play with their story, and how a game that looks can simple be so complex and fun at the same time. But, enough about this year. Let’s talk about 2023! There are a lot of games that will be released in the future, and we’re all excited to see them released out into the wild (no pun intended). If you’re not aware of the games set to be sold next year, UPI has got you covered. They’ve compiled a list of their most anticipated games in 2023: 1. If The Legend of Zelda Were a Live-Action Netflix SeriesIf you were a producer with an unlimited budget, and you had the opportunity to make a live-action version of The Legend of Zelda as a Netflix series, who would you cast? We know the characters, and we can fantasize about who would do them justice. Digital artist Dan Leveille made his selections, then used artificial intelligence to help bring them to life!
Toto's "Africa"Played on Instruments in The Legend of Zelda: Majora's MaskWhen The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask was released for the Ninendo 3DS handheld game console in 2015, it came with a built-in synthesizer that allowed users to make their own music on the instruments contained in the game. That doesn't mean it was easy. YouTuber Bigfatfrown put a lot of time and effort into turning himself and his 3DS into an orchestra. He recorded the pipes, bongos, and guitar parts all separately, and combined them to bring us the pleasant harmonies of the Toto song "Africa."
