The Most Anticipated Games in 2023
Gaming enthusiasts, assemble! With 2022 coming to a close, the majority of us probably tuned into the Game Awards to see Elden Ring win Game of the Year. Alternatively, you and your friends could have a full discussion on what game changed your life this year. For us, personally, our game of the year is the 2019 indie game Disco Elysium. For its stellar narrative and complex and well-written characters, the detective/mystery game opened our eyes to how games can play with their story, and how a game that looks can simple be so complex and fun at the same time. But, enough about this year. Let’s talk about 2023! There are a lot of games that will be released in the future, and we’re all excited to see them released out into the wild (no pun intended). If you’re not aware of the games set to be sold next year, UPI has got you covered. They’ve compiled a list of their most anticipated games in 2023: 1.
