Congrats?
A Reddit user has found a unique and rare game on his relative’s console. To be honest, when we found out what it was, we were shocked!
The user, Chomper731, posted a photo of the PlayStation 4 he shared with his aunt. On a whim, he decided to look at her library of games to see what kind of titles she was playing. It turns out that she had a copy of the elusive and legendary P.T.
For those who don’t know, P.T. was a “playable teaser” for a game that was never released. Announced during Gamescom 2014, the short horror game turned the Internet upside down. Even though you’re only running around the hallways of a seemingly empty home, players were treated to a thriller murder mystery that they have to solve while they are being stalked by a terrifying and sinister entity named Lisa.
This teaser was for a game called Silent Hills, and was going to be developed by Hideo Kojima under Kojima Productions, along with the creative mind of Guillermo del Toro, and would star Norman Reedus of The Walking Dead. With that star-studded cast and how horrifying and fun the teaser was to play, it certainly gained the attention of online players.
Unfortunately, Konami canceled this game and wiped out the existence of the demo from the Internet. So the Reddit user’s aunt was lucky to not have deleted this game at all.
