Final Fantasy VII Day Is Now Officially Established In Japan

Imagine taking a day off from work or school because of Final Fantasy VII.

The official Twitter account of Final Fantasy VII announced that Final Fantasy VII Day was officially registered and recognized in Japan. Square Enix, the game's developer, applied and registered the date of January 31 as the official FF7 day with the country’s Anniversary Association.

January 31 is special because it's the original release day of the Japanese role-playing game back in 1997. It seems that not only fans in Japan will be celebrating this date going forward, as Internet users online also shared that  -even if it's not officially recognized in their countries, Final Fantasy VII Day will still be a special day for them!
